David Marquez, President & CEO, Founder

  • 48 years of airborne law enforcement and commercial aviation experience

    providing avionics, maintenance, repair, installation, and helicopter flight services

  • 28+ years as Director of Maintenance for the Huntington Beach Police Air Unit

  • 16 years as Director of Maintenance for the City of Anaheim Police Air Support

    overseeing both maintenance and flight operations.

  • FAA A&P license, Inspector Authorization, and Pilot license, with factory-authorized maintenance training across the MD Helicopter series, Airbus Helicopters, Bell Helicopters, and Rolls-Royce, Turbomeca, and Pratt & Whitney engines.

What started as aircraft maintenance has grown into a full-service operation: an FAA Part 145 Repair Station, an in-house completions shop building mission equipment for law enforcement, and a leasing and utility operations program supporting agencies that need airborne capability without owning a full aircraft program.
